I have been seeing Dr. Kotsianas basically my whole life and I love every time I go to the dentist which not many people can say. I love all the staff! Everyone has always been so nice and I would not go anywhere else. I currently moved away from Knoxville and will still drive to Knoxville for my dental needs.

Dr. Jim and his staff were the most friendly dentist office that I've ever been to. I have lived all over the US and have had to experience new dentists in each of my new cities and this is by far the most comfortable I have ever been and know that I've found my Knoxville dental team. Dr. Jim diagnosed an issue I've been having for a little over a year now that my former dentist AND an endodontis both missed. The office and equipment are immaculate as well. I am extremely thankful to have stumbled across this knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My experiences with Dr. Jim and his staff has always been fabulous. They make you feel right at home and making sure that you are comfortable with whatever they are having to do. Unpleasant experiences turn into pleasant experiences for people who do not like going to the dentist. They are always ready and willing to help with any emergencies.
